Margaret Vaughan is an Early Childhood Special Education Coordinator with TTAC at Virginia Tech.
Prior to her joining the TTAC team, Mrs. Vaughan served as an ECSE teacher, mentor and preschool services provider in Pulaski County for 10 years. She helped facilitate Pulaski County’s award of the IPOP (Inclusive Placement Opportunities for Preschoolers) grant in 2006, and worked closely with Pulaski Head Start to provide support for preschoolers enrolled in that program.
Mrs. Vaughan has a B.A. from Radford University In Special Education, with certification in Mental Retardation Prek-12 and ECSE birth -5, and a MA Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Radford University.
