Patricia Bickley has served in many capacities with the Virginia Tech T/TAC since 1990, serving as Project Director since 1996. She was trained as a school psychologist at East Carolina University and received her Ph.D. in educational research at Virginia Tech in 1993. Her areas of interest include positive behavioral supports, parental involvement, IEP development, abuse and neglect of children with disabilities, and inclusive education.
