Selina is an Early Childhood Special Education Coordinator with the Training and Technical Assistance Center at Virginia Tech. Before coming to Virginia, Selina worked with families and young children with disabilities in Hawaii as a service coordinator/special instructor for the Zero-to-Three Hawaii Project. On Guam, she worked with families and young children with disabilities as a special educator, administrator, and community volunteer for a variety of organizations.
