Coordinator of Early Childhood Special Education Services

Selina began as an early childhood special educator at the start of IDEA while on the island of Guam and later with infant and toddlers with what is now known as Part C Federal Program in Hawaii. She pursued her M.Ed., with a specialization in early childhood, at the University of Hawaii at Manoa while working for Zero-to-Three Hawaii Project. Since moving to Virginia, Selina has been with T/TAC working with the early childhood community to increase inclusive opportunities for young children with disabilities. Selina enjoys traveling, sailing, being with young children, especially her grandchildren, and likes to cook with friends as a way to relax.
